It’s hard to improve on a classic, especially Classic Physique. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines classic as: serving as a standard of excellence, historical and memorable. Classic Physique Tips: V-Taper Many of us strive for cannonball shoulders, sweeping lats, tapering to a small waist and flaring quads. Out of these 4 parts mentioned considering working on your lats first to create the V-taper. Proportion and Symmetry Lets be real for a second. Muscle size is important; however, classic physique isn’t all about size alone. In fact size isn’t a major factor at all for classic physique. All muscle groups should be in proportion to one another without any one particular standing out from the rest. There should be balance to the body as far as side to side and top to bottom. Details In both large and small muscle groups, every detail should be revealed. A sound workout and nutrition plan will help to carve these details out.
