2023 continues to fly by. Eagles are known to have great eye sight and focus.  In fact, they can see up to 5km away.  Why do I bring this up you might be asking yourself?  Remember to keep your vision and stay focused.  Whether it is your first competition or twentieth, remain laser focused on your goals and keep that clear vision. 

 Many of us strive for cannonball shoulders, sweeping lats, tapering to a small waist and flaring quads. Out of these 4 parts mentioned considering working on your lats first to create the V-taper.
