RETURNS POLICY:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER!
You can exchange any pair or trunks for another size or another model without any problem at any given time providing they don't show any signs of wear, are still in their original packaging with the tags on and have the hygiene liner still attached. Returns for a refund need to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
We can not accept exchanges/ returns for items including but not limited to posing trunks with signs of wear, custom trunks (crystallised) and/or custom sizing and tanning supplies.
Any items sent for returns showing any signs of wear will be returned to you immediately at your expense. Refunds for items with the free shipping option selected will be refunded minus shipping costs.
For items that can be returned you are required to apply for a return/exchange request HERE within 30 days of your purchase. At that time you will be given an RMA # that you must include on your return.

Your return must be received by us within 30 days of the receipt of your return authorisation otherwise returns won't be accepted anymore.
Trunks sent over to us after will be returned to you at your expense.
Iron Eagle Posing Trunks is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the returned merchandise but will ship in case of an exchanged item once more for free, after that all shipping charges are at your expense.
Refunds for authorised return items will be made once the item has returned back at our warehouse and has been inspected. There is a non return, non exchange policy on all custom items, all sales on those items are final.
POSTAGE:
Iron Eagle Posingtrunks won't accept liability for parcels who've gone missing while using our UNTRACKED shipping services. By selecting untracked/uninsured shipping you accept the responsibility for all possible eventualities in transit. Including if the parcel goes missing. Fully tracked and insured shipping services are offered and we will immediately replace the purchase if the parcel goes missing or arrived damaged with any of these services.
SHIPPING:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Iron Eagle Posing Trunks will process and ship your order the next working day after ordering. If the chosen fabric is not in stock we will contact you with the next possible shipping date.
This is an approximate time frame, based on stock and quantity. If we receive your order over the weekend, the order will begin processing on the following Monday morning. We use Royal Mail and various couriers for our shipping depending volume and destination

UK Shipping
Iron Eagle Posing Trunks offers various certified shipping options with Royal Mail Special Delivery 1PM being the fastest and most reliable. All our trunks ship out the next working day after ordering. If you order on a Monday before 5PM, they ship out on Tuesday. If you order on Friday, they ship out the following Monday. The transit time to your house depends on the shipping method selected and the accuracy of Royal Mail. We have no say in Royal Mail's performance.
International Shipping
Iron Eagle Posing Trunks offers a variety of shipping methods for all international orders. Quickest and most secure being FedEx. For some areas like Ireland & the UAE no other shipping methods are currently available. All orders are shipped the next working day. Iron Eagle Posing Trunks reserves the right to change the shipping method for each order processed if there is a faster way available without incurring additional costs. Please be advised that International delivery will vary depending on the individual destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees/import taxes. Buyer is solely responsible for those fees.
